Getting the payroll to work was a bit of a hassle and I had to call them to get my subscription upgraded -- it was very confusing. Eventually I got it worked out, but there was conflicting information between what the software said, what the web said and what was eventually resolved with Customer Service.

This is a cut-and-paste from a review I did on an outdoorsy type forum with only a few minor changes to smooth off some rough language, so it's a bit out-in-the-woods flavored, but hopefully some of the info is still useful to civilized folk.

Earthing is important for your health. We are all disconnected from the earth and this author tells us how to fix that. It sounds a little too simple when you first start reading, but I've tried the solution and even my hair gray regained some of its lost color. Buy this book. Do what it says. You will live longer and feel better.

The company is great at answering support questions. They helped me get set up. My phone was not finding the T10 to pair so they told me to remove all other devices from my list of Bluetooth devices on my phone and it worked! It's great for playing your music from your phone. The sound is good quality. The sound for phone calls is not so good. The caller can hear me fine. I have to turn up my radio volume when a call comes through so that I can hear the caller. There is a lot of snow or soft static in the background during calls. This is a good gadget to have to be hands-free in the car.

I want to like this more than I do. It was a good price, but I have difficulty getting it to register when I have put the phone down on it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. It often takes multiple attempts to get the phone placed just right. I find that if I remove the USB plug from the unit and reinsert it, my phone will start charging first time, every time. It's a bit wonky, but it's easier than returning it and finding another one.

OMG. This monitor is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. This is the most clear monitor I ever had and it works fantastic. Sound, every is great with this monitor. Not like a tunnel sound, but real sound. The picture quality for this monitor surpassed my expectations. Very light, easy to put base on and ready to plug & play. Adjust colors when you first get otherwise, it will be bright.

Five Stars, With Caveats. This is a ongoing series, done every year. Every year a guest editor selects his or her selection of stories from what was out there in the world, either published online or in an actual book or magazine. Fair enough. The selection from year to year varies with the editors. Most years there is somewhat of an emphasis on selections from the New Yorker, a prestigious magazine to be sure. Somtimes you find stories only published online. This seems more adventuresome to me. Overall the quality is very high and intriguing. It does seem to me, though, that authors and editors throughout the land and around the world (and for this yearly publication) tend to favor one style of writing and one very similar voice, that varies from modern to postmodern. Where are the authors of the next wave of writing? Many of the stories are good. Too many seem contrived from the head, though well done. What is lacking are stories from the heart. I want something to move me, and not simply delight me with well-wrought phrases and overall good craftshmanship. To be a real author, one must impale oneself upon the world, and sing one's final moments on this Earth, recounting the victories and defeats, weaving them seamlessly into a vision of Eternity.
