When I first got the product, I tested it on my arm with a very small amount, it didn't work. I was worried that what I hadn't bought wasn't going to help me but I was 100% wrong. This stuff is amazing and I'll never get another tattoo without it!

Plug it in walk away come back later. If you forget who cares no harm done. It'll let you know when to give up on an old battery or fix it so it's usable again. The damn thing is smarter than I am. Wish I'd got one years ago.

It is very glossy .. However the actuall pumping only lasted 5 minutes at the most but I do like the texture of the gloss . So I use it all the time to make my lips extra shines

Stated it was new with product codes. When I tried registering said codes for my course did not work. When I contacted them for service they basically asked "what do you want us to do? Its not our job to make sure we have the codes we bought it from the publisher like that"
