I used to believe in engine treatments like Slick 50, STP and the like but none of them ever really did anything but empty my wallet and give me false peace of mind. This stuff seems to work, however. I put the recommended amount in my 95 Firebird Formula with 154K miles to slow down a front and rear seal leak ( LT1 V8's are famous for this issue) After about 1000 miles of being in the engine, the 4 inch long lines of oil that would show up on the ground after 2 days of sitting have all but stopped. I also put it in my 74 El Camino's 350 (repl engine) and it stopped most of the leaking from the rear seal. So it's not a magic bullet but it did more than anything else I tried. One other benefit is that because it circulates with your oil, it can potentially rejuvenate internal seals as well. Be a lot cheaper and easier than replacing valve seals if they're not too far gone. One last thing, I read how it sealed somebody's leaky floor jack hydraulic cylinder so I tried it on mine and it worked there as well. All in all I felt it was a good value for the price.
Chair is fairly height since I am tall and have MS it works, have used it with the resistance bands and works fine.
On my recent trip to Orlando the map update did not name the street it wanted me to turn on most of the directions were make the next left turn or turn right in a 1/4 of a mile. My old system always gave me the street or highway name when it wanted me to turn or stay on a particular road
I very rarely give something my stamp of approval, let alone recommend it proactively, but 24 Day Challenge changed my life more than I could imagine. I did this a couple of years ago while still in college. My girlfriend was a rep at the time and she did the 24 day challenge annually, so I decided to try it too on a whim. I am 6'1", and was 226 lbs at the time. It helped out a lot doing it with someone because I had to change my eating habits dramatically and became very cranky, but it gets a lot easier. The nutrition part is CRUCIAL, so clear out your cupboards, get the list of acceptable foods from the info packet from your rep, and use it as your grocery list. The eating schedule is pretty detailed so that helps a lot, just pack your meals and supplements for the next day the night before. Anyways, I worked out daily prior to the challenge but pretty much only lifted weights. When I started the challenge, I all but stopped that and switched to about 45 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of abs, and 5 minutes of lifting each day. I really recommend getting a good heart rate monitor, like a polar watch. It makes working out much more interesting and you know when you're slacking off based on your heart rate. After 24 days, I was down 17 lbs and it was noticeable. But what’s really amazing is the momentum that it creates. The healthy habits you’ve created don’t go away, and in fact I even started working out harder and eating better for months afterward. After 9 months, I had lost 45 lbs and have kept it off since then. I used to get tired every afternoon, and now I have sustained energy and feel like a million bucks for 18 waking hours each day, even without caffeine. The whole ordeal gave me motivation and confidence most people only dream of. Seriously, if you want to change your life, do the 24 Day challenge. $180 is not that much for how much it can potentially do for you if you’re willing to put the effort in, I don’t care who you are.
I bought Sweet Sweat to use along with the McDavid Sweat Belt and I'm honestly not sure if its really doing anything. At first I believed it was because the product at least makes you feel like you are sweating, but this product itself starts to simulate sweat as you work out. Then I tried using the sweat belt without Sweet Sweat and the results were about the same. When you take off the belt you can see the sweat on the rubber inside and the only difference to me was the lack of Sweet Sweat on the belt. I really think the affect on your body from using this product is minimal and you will get far more out of using a sweat belt by itself.
