I ordered the eagle eye grille, and it was a horrible fit. To get the turn signal housing in the grille you had to put adparters on them, and the cutouts were way off. I saw past it, and squeezed them on anyways (bending my factory turn signal housing). After fidgeting with it for 15-20 min, I go to put the grille on my jeep and there are NO clips on the bottom to secure the grille! 100% dissapointed, returned same day.

The poles I received (come in pairs) exceeded my expectations. They are easy to adjust the length and they don't slip. The cork handles are very comfortable. They come with a "snow shoe" and a circular stop for very soft ground or sand. The poles seem to be sturdily made. They have a spring loaded shock absorber that can be activated or deactivated simply by twisting the pole clockwise to activate and counter-clockwise to deactivate. I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

My wife was in two accidents, one in a car and the other a transit - both had other people driving. And she also had minor injuries from before. She is in pain all the time.

Bought the crossbars so I could get a Yakima J-Rack on for a kayak. Figured this would be a simple install, but those darn end caps are stubborn. After watching the video on You Tube (didn't help because the end caps were different than mine) and looking at the cryptic instructions that came with the bars, I tried to tackle it. I became so frustrated and enraged with the darn things I nearly gave up and went to the dealer. Luckily several of the reviews on here helped, including holding the screwdriver as far onto the tab as possible and getting a rubber grip assist thing. Most helpful to me was to get a better leverage point. Rather than coming at it from the side, I got my stepladder positioned off the left rear bumper and holding the screwdriver in my right hand I was able to pull straight back with my left hand on the end cap. This better leverage point enabled me to get them both off when I repeated the process on the other side. They are amazingly stubborn though, my vehicle is a 2007 so maybe 6 years on being mated to the side rails made them somewhat more difficult to release, but honestly why do they make something so simple so tough to do. The rest of the crossbar installation is easy, just watch the lineup of the washers and make sure the wider part of the bar is to the rear...messed that up and had to flip the front bar around.

These are the only mountain biking gloves that actually fir my hands. I wish they had the ability to touch an iphone and adjust my music without having to take my gloves off.

I use 2012 version and called ACT/SWIFTPAGE to get another license. They gave me a price to add a license of $67.45, then they charged me $467.49 (I previously purchased 6 licenses for $1077.00 = $179.50 each. Now they are charging $467.49 each? More than triple the price! When I received the email (within minutes of ordering) I immediately called to tell them to cancel the order and never even opened the email with the license link. They asked me what I had originally wanted the license for, I told them it was to have my EA check periodically to make sure customers were not being forgotten and were getting service. I explained that I would just have my EA look it up on my user name. They accused me of Piracy and refused to give a refund. I previously bought 6 licenses and I can use them any way I choose!!! I can put any name I choose on the licenses including Daffy Duck, and share the login with anyone or everyone in my office if I like!!!

apparently my wife ordered this on my account so i cant give any first hand knowledge but i can say that i havent heard her complain about it so i assume she likes it.
