Awesome robot. I wanted this to be an alternative to having a pet dog without the cleaning up after one. I just wanted something moving around the house doing its own thing and when i have time for it will want to play with me.

I would give this zero stars if I could. While the information that is disseminated is I'm sure expert - the format in which it is presented is remarkably unorganized, especially for a computer program. It skips through the lessons with no apparent order whatsoever. It literally goes from the "getting started with Excel" to a completely different and much more advanced lesson without filling in the necessary previous lessons that would be valuable in "connecting the dots" if you will. That means you have to search through the list of titles - which are all "willy-nilly" to find the one that would be consecutive or one close to consecutive and sometimes one must scroll and scroll and then scroll some more before finding the #2 lesson all the way down between 19 and 20 and even those are listed after something like 157. ??? It makes it very difficult to keep up with your own progress or find the lesson that would help you "refresh" your Excel education. I bought this because of the (now I realize, very few) positive results and honestly believe that these are reviews written by employees or acquaintances, etc.

I thought I would write a review, mainly because so many people were having the same problem with installation. The cross bars I received were easy to install. I do not consider myself to be extremely handy with tools, but I did not have any problems. The hardest part for me, like everyone else, was removing the plastic end covers. I watched a video on youtube (searched for 2006 Honda Odyssey crossbar installation), then took the parts outside to put them on. Here is what worked for me: I pushed the screwdriver into the small hole. I could easily feel the tab being pushed back. I then just started rocking the plasic cover back and forth while also pushing back towards the bumper. It was not easy, but after a few tries, it popped right off. The rest of the install is straightforward. I have given the product 5 stars, because it seems like a quality product and is very sturdy. I haven't actually put them to the test, yet, but if I have any problems, I will get back online and rate accordingly. Hope this helps.

We had to purchase Quickbooks 2013 because intuit would not support our payroll anymore if we did not. When I went to buy from INTUIT the cost was $649.00 Amazon had the exact same for $379.00 I called INTUIT to tell them how much cheaper it was on Amazon.com and they said wait, I will talk to my supervisor and see what we can do! They came down to $599. They also said that sometime you get a knockoff that is not the real thing!!!! Can you imagine?

Work at a church that insists on Norton. Two weeks ago the pastor got infected with malware from going to some politcal sites (Both parties!). Norton did not catch it until it was already infected. I have never been infected with Kaspersky! It catches malware and trojan horse viruses before it gets into your system on the fly as my email comes in and disinfects those files! Yes Norton has some nice tools in the 360, but so what if it lets the bad guys get past the front door! Been a Kaspersky user since 2003 and have not looked back! I actually take friends hard drives who have been infected and load them in USB cradle and clean them with Kaspersky on my computer!
