I've been trying to find a way to help me lose weight and get rid of my bad cholesterol. I finally got my dads beer gut, and I don't like it!

The program was very helpful, full of information but not overwhelming. It guided me through the process of learning how to recognize and how to respond to inappropriate and negative behaviors, both in myself and in my son. My favorite technique was the Disconnect, which helped us avoid all kinds of useless debate. My other favorite was Focus on the Behavior, which taught us to focus on what matters - the behavior - not the feelings and attitude behind it. Over time, my son responded to the program. It took several months, but he is truly a different child today.

These pedals look awesome on my husband's Mongoose mountain bike. They are very sturdy and offer stability when shoes are slippery with the grooved edges. I'm very impressed with the look and style of these bicycle pedals and I would highly recommend.

I just purchased this and like everyone else I was extremely upset that not all the K-cups work in this brewer. I was about to return it but then I did some googling and found it is possible to trick the brewer into brewing any K-Cup you want! Here is the link explaining how:
