I was so excited to finally get something to scan my receipts and documents so I could go as paperless as possible in my office. The problem? Everything worked OK for a few weeks and had to make some adjustments. It was time-consuming to figure it all out. Then, I just had so many problems with the scanner. I keep getting scanner failures where my receipts won't scan and software just says "scanner failure". So I contact technical support and try about 5 things and get it working again only to have the failure happen over and over and over. This thing is supposed to save my time and there's nothing more frustrating than wanting to scan things and not being able to get it to work right! I wish I never bought this thing and had researched other brands. I would NEVER buy anything from Neatworks again.

Bought this several years ago. As soon as I used it, the water container cracked. I was still able to use the container several more times before it became cracked completely enough that it leaked and could no longer be used. I then ordered another container directly from Haan. I used the second container and the same thing happened. I contacted Haan and told them what happened. They told me that sometimes that just happens and they refused to do anything. They would not replace the steamer and they would not send me another water container for the steamer. They were not even apologetic about the defective product. I bought a third water container thinking I would give it another try. The third one cracked and became unusable after the first use. I just bought a Bissell and spent considerably less money. I haven't used it yet, but it got great reviews and the man who checked me out at Best Buy said he bought the same one for his mother and it is a great product. Either way, I'm sure Bissell will replace it or at least compensate me in some way if it is defective! Do not buy this Haan!!!!

well so far i love it to no end it is a sweet mobo with many options! although i had to unhook my front panel usb 3 to put in my new sound card but thats because of the large storage capacitors sooo any one with a sound card that has large caps at the end might have the same issue but its not that big of a deal for most sound cards.

I am using this two times everyday combined with a 12% TCA peel once every one to two weeks and I see a noticeable difference in my skin. It is smoother, brighter, and my acne scars are going away! I'm not sure how much of this is the serum but I think it is helping. I will keep using it and will consider buying another bottle when this runs out. Which might be a while because it really lasts.
