Living Cookbook is superior to the cheaper MasterCook. My first digital cookbook was MasterCook. I didn't want to spend much because I wasn't sure whether I would use a digital cookbook. I really liked the nutritional and the calorie information but I didn't like the format of the recipes and the when they were organized. The software was clunky, and I needed to step up to a better software.
This stuff is great on everything, cept food! Great lube for around the house or boats, cars, guns anything, this stuff really works.
The writing was fine, but I did not realize how stringent the program was going to be. I can see where the program would work well for some, but for me it was simply too difficult to follow. Not the fault of the book, I should have investigated the diet before I bought the book.
