I have never been a big fan of custom diets. I have tried many before and got tired of the same thing over and over again. I had some friends that were part of the cult that is ViSalus and kept trying to sell me on the product. I finally broke down and bought it on Amazon instead of through them because it was cheaper and I am not being bothered to reorder and such. Now for the product review:

For weeks my 4yr old has been getting himself and everybody else up at 5AM. Nothing helped. I got the clock yesterday and set it up for him explaining what the lights meant for him. This was the 1st morning he actually slept till the alarm went off. The entire house got their missing 2hrs sleep. The entire mood of the house is better. God bless this alarm clock.
