Years ago I bought Version 5 of the program and was very happy with it. It could be used as a simple car navigation tool.

I have been taking this for 16 days now. I watch what I eat as always and exercise 3-4 times a week also. Jogging and weightlifting basically.

The practice tests on the CD-ROM were really helpful--although this book is for 2011-12, I took the test the summer of 2013 and it was exactly like the practice tests.

I love Zeal. I had horrible allergies and was introduced to Zeal by my cousin who had an amazing outcome with Zeal and her diabetes. I've been using Zeal for 3 months and I will use it till I can no longer afford it. Lol I went a week without it cause I shared my canister with my husband and I ran out sooner than planned. However, in waiting for my august shipment I was without Zeal for 5 days...I was DYING from my allergies. I am so glad my August shipment came in cause I really missed it and missed not having allergies. Lol
