I would love to write a review but it won't let me see episode 5. I thought the point of amazon, especially prime, was to be able to see newly released episodes. I suppose, this like everything else, is more for thought and less for actuality.

This is one of the best Anti Virus anything I have used, HOWEVER, as many have done in the past, this year they slipped a little. I find MANY more "glitches and bugs" Example, for over a week, it would start normally then kick off and struggle ( pulling down the whole machine I might add to a crawl) until it got its update or something in the background. It was obviously a previous update screw up that caused this as now, all it well again! I assume a new update solved the problem. BUT, I am tired of calling these places and being told to uninstall and reinstall! Don't they realize the time that crap takes! not to mention we are paying them for daily updates to keep exactly this from happening! Bottom-line is, for the money its the best out there and when you figure MacAfee is worthless ( I've gotten viruses in past with it running..... Norton takes control of your system to the point you loose 20% minimum in speed ( even tho they say that's been fixed) Karpensky (sp) is always double to triple this cost, and trend Micro ( the leader 3 years ago , has decided not to keep up with the competition and now is questionable at best!

Failed after less than two years. Went into "delay loop" cycle. After restart, went into "remove from base/reattach to base" cycle. Both apparently pretty common issues according to a few web searches. Customer service was nice enough but fairly useless. Very long time wait time, could not fix the issue so they said they would ship me a new one. Mine was still under warranty, so great. Then they said it would take a few days. I would expect expedited overnight shipping for an item like this, especially when we are in the middle of an extreme cold spell. Then the support rep wanted my credit card number so he could place a "temporary hold" on my account until I returned the defective unit. I wouldn't give him my credit card, so they wouldn't ship a replacement for a defective unit that was under warranty. Went to my local hardware store and got a functional programmable thermostat for less than $50, compared to $250 for a new Nest. New unit installed in a few minutes and everything is working perfectly, so it was definitely the Nest not my furnace or heating system.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. I read all the great reviews, but I wondered if it could possibly be as great as everyone was saying it was. I'm happy to report that it is that great and I am ecstatic! I've bought cheap bluetooths before, and been disappointed when I got exactly what I paid for. This was such a welcome surprise! Right out of the box, it paired easily with my phone and I was off and running. Sound is good...4.5/5 when listening to music and 4/5 when making a call. There was a small amount of fuzziness at higher volume, but those on the other end said that there was no fuzziness or echoing on their end. I have really small ears and typically have a hard time finding earbuds that fit well in my ears. These fit snugly and come with multiple size rubber thingies (very technical, I know) for a perfect fit. I am so happy with my purchase! I am tempted to purchase a few more of them as Xmas gifts.

Works nicely. However, better instructions would be appropriate. If you rub this product in...you are in for a real mess. You are only supposed to spread this product as evenly as you can over the wood flooring...and let it dry without touching it. If you spread it too thinly, or rub it in...you get white smear marks that are just nearly impossible to get off. I was able to go back over what I did wrong by applying a thicker coat without rubbing...then letting it dry. The difference in floor shine was terrific. I do like the product...just need better warning on how to apply it.
