I got this thinking it would be more "bubbly" in the tub - my mistake; at the time I was not quite used to castile soap, so I didn't know that castile soap just won't do that. Is is foamy when you pump it out, but for the price, I'll stick to my Dr. Bronners. I don't think the "dreamsicle" smell that bothers so many people is that bad; I honestly hate dreamsicle and I don't even notice it when I put this in the tub. But I do like the EWG rating for this and the lack of bad stuff. Not a bad choice for someone looking for something they put on their babies, but Dr. Bronner's Baby Mild is just as good and less costly.

This product working well,only been using it a few days.It does what it says,especially appetite control,energy increase . There are imitation out there with cheap prices but I did research on this brand and it's 1 of 3 that is legit. But you get what you pay for. Update: Apr. 25, in 4 months I've lost 45 pounds, with only taken it twice a day instead of three times. Was at 345 Lbs. On December 1st also you feel the drive to get up an exercise at least 30 minutes a day, simply walking if someone don't like public gym.
