After reading everything I could from his website, I bought the book and have been following it with ease! I have lost 10 lbs and 2 inches from my waist in the last few weeks with no exercise. The amazing thing about this program is you are NOT HUNGRY. You don't get cravings! You feel satisfied! I was shocked that all my fat free, low calorie foods I was eating before were the actually culprit to my cravings and binging. Why? Cuz they were loaded with sugar. Give this a try, make it a lifestyle. It will really impress you!

I just have to put this out there, i'm lazy with hair care! I have two daughters, one is 4 months the other is 8 years old. (yup big gap LOL) I always twist my oldest daughters hair but recently with a new baby I don't have time. I use the whole system, shampoo, leave-in and custard and her hair remains so shiny and manageable! It always makes her hair feel like its strengthened/fortified and I have found it works great for me too when applied over the Shea moisture smoothie and helps my breakage and the overall feeling. Our curls pop nicely! I have bought this product maybe 10 times over the last 5 years and its always amazing. Its a snotty consistency that has a light lovely scent to it. It smells like marshmallows to me! I sometimes also use Oyin's honey hemp conditioner (another fav) as a deep conditioner and add the leave-in from Kinky curly then the custard afterward. No frizz and extra moisture are my rewards!

I've read the cookbook cover to cover and it's simply wonderful! I love how you can still make the slow cooker recipes on the stove if you don't feel comfortable leaving it on all day long. The recipes are simple but look delicious. I can't wait to cook thru ur whole book like I did with the first one! So far... I've made the Greek tostadas, grilled cheese with Brussels and apples, dad's cauliflower soup, cauliflower potato tacos, and shrimp & artichoke quinoa bowls. All were easy and so delicious!!! I'm so happy to own this cookbook I love skinnytaste!

As always said before.....this is the very best Hess Truck and the most fun to play with(both dads and sons). The package came in no time, a lot sooner than expected and was brand new in the box. Check these guys out if you want an excellent buy all year round.

Stay away. Terrible product!!! Recieved bent, warped, and completely out of shape. It is softer thin plastic folded into 1/3rds stuffed in box. Won't return to shape. Even if it came in perfect shape it is not what I expected such as a rubber mat. Returning both!

There really is no better foot care product out there. I have always suffered from dry feet that get cracked and rough. I have literally tried just about everything to alleviate this issue and on a whim I bought this product and it is amazing. The smell is not the best on earth but it's not horrible and the benefits outweigh the sent of the product. Results are as quick as described. Hands down one of the best products on the maker.
