I just have to put this out there, i'm lazy with hair care! I have two daughters, one is 4 months the other is 8 years old. (yup big gap LOL) I always twist my oldest daughters hair but recently with a new baby I don't have time. I use the whole system, shampoo, leave-in and custard and her hair remains so shiny and manageable! It always makes her hair feel like its strengthened/fortified and I have found it works great for me too when applied over the Shea moisture smoothie and helps my breakage and the overall feeling. Our curls pop nicely! I have bought this product maybe 10 times over the last 5 years and its always amazing. Its a snotty consistency that has a light lovely scent to it. It smells like marshmallows to me! I sometimes also use Oyin's honey hemp conditioner (another fav) as a deep conditioner and add the leave-in from Kinky curly then the custard afterward. No frizz and extra moisture are my rewards!

NOTE My review was for the newer Omega XL, not Omega 3..Since the infomercial said it was only sold by them I did not check Amazon to see if they sold it. Big mistake. At least Amazon could help with the supposed "contract" I have with them by taking advantage of their special offer. When you buy it from their site after ou buy ut there is some sort of wording that says you are obligated to buy it every month with auto billing to your credit card.
