Terrible product. It came with 37% charge, and no method of charging it other than the usb cord. So I drained the battery, like you're generally supposed to with electronics, and plugged it into a usb charger. The power bank did NOT receive a charge, from any sources, even other external battery packs (while these other sources worked perfectly well on other devices.) So the very next day I returned it and got my money back.

RUN! DO NOT BUY! If you want confirmation of the abhorrent customer service, get a free version, and try to contact them with an issue. Good luck with that. Now imagine if you've spent money! I would not recommend this to my absolute worse enemy. Any survey of the internet will quickly show you that I am not alone in this assessment. AGAIN! RUN! DO NOT BUY!
