Kids and husband won't eat it because thry don't like the taste. Texture is about the same as regular cheese. But I do appreciate that someone is trying to make an alternative.

It took me 3 months to use up the 32oz bottle but in that time my hair has grown almost 6 inches. I bought this book through PBS, as it was for supporting them, I have read a lot of the negative reviews on Amazon, and i can understand where some of them are coming from. If you are trying to do the seeds and nuts in an ordinary $100 blender.... prepare for a gritty time,

This skin system really worked well for me. I found that it dried out my skin if I used it twice a day, so I switched to using it once and the dryness stopped. It's much cheaper than proactive and works well. I also found that I went through the renewing toner much faster than the cleanser and wash.

Hands down best product ever. It definitely works. I have really flakey dry skin and this product helps remove the dead skin and leaves my face smooth and does not damage my sensitive skin. I just got desperate and used it on my horribly chapped lips to remove flakey skin and it worked like a charm.
