Avast has struggled to find a user interface that works, that's the one con I've been able to come up with. It updates automatically and quickly with a nice audible notification. It stops the infected pages before they load and the firewall keeps all the ports in full stealth mode. Avast is constantly trying to improve and offer more and I believe they are doing this faster than their competitors so this is the number one reason I've decided to stick with them.
I am 50and by the numbers on my blood test I am in menopause. Have just come off the pill as a result of that test. Had night sweats before but after coming off the pill night swears increased, so did mood swings, depression and brain dog. Last 5 months a lot of weight gain.
Only use of this is is short term as it is good when outdoors, but when parking in a garage, the stations turn staticky and cuts out.
This won't shrink your waistline, but it will strengthen it. The only way to shrink your waist line is by losing the fat. Working out your abs will make it larger (hypertrophy of the muscles). This is a good thing though, because our core is the most important muscle group for almost everything we do. I would suggest using this 5 times a week, and after your normal abs exercises. You should notice some core strength gains in a few weeks.
It is a great book to study from but so far on the math I have found mistakes and wrong answers given who knows if I'm getting the correct answers on the other subject of the book.
The bottle did not come with an eyedropper for application. The first time I used it I tried to pour a little into my hand but ended up with too much. I ended up transferring this to another bottle that had an eyedropper.
