I can feel the pep in my step, the fog lifting out of my head and especially my motion sickness symptoms cease when I regularly take this in my water. I know it sounds like a mental thing, but there have been a substantial number of times that I have forgotten to take it and I feel sluggish. We do not buy the conditioner as we don't use it, but if we did use conditioner, we'd just use regular over-the-counter conditioner, not worth the expense. But the shampoo IS worth the expense, every penny!!

I have fine hair. This seemed to weigh my hair down a little. I wish they sold a product for fine hair.
