  • James Herridge - If you find it hard make time to work your abs.

I bought the flex belt since I spend way too much time sitting at my desk and too little time working out. One of my challenge was my abs where too weak to get a good workout. After using the Flexbelt the 1st thing I noticed was my lower back is not giving me as many issue and I can do crunches. The second things is I have already notice that my stomach is firming up and have had several people comment on how good I look! I have several people asking me how it's going and I cannot wait to see the end result in the next 60 days. Love my flex belt

  • M. L. - Need more time to see if it does or doesn't work for me.

I can't honestly say I've noticed a difference. I received this at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion and am required to leave a review within ten days of receiving this. I don't think I can give an honest review whether it does or doesn't work in that short of a period of time. I will update this review when I can say one way or the other whether this has or hasn't made a difference.

  • S. Lacey - The real deal.

This "game" is easily the most engaging way to learn. It's just simply phenomenal. I have always wanted to be good, but quickly lost interest because, well, it's hard to be good. RockSmith 2014 has changed all that... Session mode is amazing... the game play is very Rockband-ish or Guitar Hero-ish.

  • Amazon Customer - First Five Star Review for Lonely Planet Guide!

I find MOST of Lonely Planet Guides unhelpful and disjointed and loaded with "treks', unexplained and verbose in nature. But this one is the exception. Even though I am not a trekker, I will be taking some short treks because of the organization of this author who presents the hikes properly, detailing shorter treks and giving the statistics, length, etc. of each. The other LP guides just have long rambling jaunts on treks; this author is awesome! I love how he organized the regions well too and how he described adventures for all types of tourists and the architectural details of the hotels. I love this guy so my first five star review for Lonely Planet!

  • Ame Eggers - Completely Mind-Blowing!!

The third Journeyman novel is completely mind- blowing from start to finish. Golden Czermak writes these characters and their world with such a passion that a reader cannot help but to become personally involved with the story. This particular volume left me breathless more than once!! If you aren't reading these books you are truly missing out!!! The next one cannot be released soon enough for me!

  • Natalie Urbina - THIS BOOK IS GREAT

I totally feel like I will ace the ACT now! The book is knowledgeable but doesn't make you bored while learning. Highly recommended.

  • L. A. Duran - A little overhyped

I suffered from what I believe was a chronic yeast overgrowth. My Kaiser docs were less than useless in diagnosing the problem. After multiple diabetes, B12 deficiency, CBC and more tests that were all negative, I decided to take matters into my hands by trying ThreeLac. While I can't say that all my problems disappeared overnight, they reduced in intensity fairly quickly and after 4 months using ThreeLac (1 - 3 doses a day depending on intensity of symptoms) I can say that I am back to 80% health. It took a lot more time and money than what other reviewers have claimed but it is the one product that has seemed to do some temporary good. I also combined this with a greatly sugar reduced diet from the book "Feast without Yeast" to achieve results. Still this isn't a cure for my symptoms.
