It appears to be a fine book. I downloaded the tutorials and that took time. It is a concise book, not unduly thick or heavy. I haven't really used it a lot, but I did view about 1/2 of the tutorial exercises.

phoo - Look out for a bait and switch!

Super bio-vegetarian is a fantastic product! I swear by it, and I have a somewhat compromised immune system. BUT when I purchased this from Nutrition Mart I instead received the cheaper "bio vegetarian" which has slightly different ingredients in different amounts and requires at least 2 pills per dose. Look out for who you do business with.
