I was an avast user from before it was a paid commercial product. You will not get customer support. If you call you will be routed to Costa Rica and they will attempt to charge you for support. The software has become malware. It changes your system to the extent that it requires an uninstall tool beyond that provided by windows. Just don't do it. I used to advocate this as a good package to m y customers and now I just can't. They used to be good, but now, it is large cumbersome, confusing, intrusive, and the company is not accountable. I have a trove of screen shots to show where I had to boot my system into safe mode and use AVG and malware bytes to clean up what avast missed. Customer service is rude, and does not have the authority to address your issues. If you aren't happy then your only recourse is to ask for a refund through their website to submit a "ticket", and believe me it is a long and tedious process and you will get an email in response that wants you to provide all the info you have already told them saying they want to resolve your problem. I am reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered this product for myself as a christmas gift to myself. I'm digital comic artist and what I first do with any new art software program is to open a new file and do a bunch of doodles on the page with different paint and drawing tools to get a feel of the tools to see how they flow on the page. I must say this product is meant for the very purpose of creating wonderful doodle and art sketches. Really good smooth flow with using a tablet. I only tried it for a the first day but it seems like it can produce some pretty good final art renderings as well. If you like to draw and are looking for a good tablet using art and drawing software I would recommend this product.
